Return Policy

Three point flow has a 7-day return policy from day of delivery. Should your purchase not be up to your satisfaction, you can return it for a refund, or exchange/replace it for another product of the same value.

The return process can be initiated due to the below reasons:

  • Damaged products received upon delivery
  • The product received is not as described on website

Kindly contact our support services at support@mail.threepointflow.com to initiate the return process. Please include your order number and reason for return, followed by pictures and/or videos of the item. Each return will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Should the return be approved, you will receive an email from with instructions on how to proceed. Payments for refunded products will be made through the original payment method at full price.

Please note that all returns should be in their original packaging and in the condition in which it was received. You must have the return ready for collection within 10 days of delivery. Should the above not be followed, we reserve the right to refuse the returns.

Please note that three point flow does not cover the cost of shipping should you proceed with the return process. Further information regarding shipping costs and labels will be provided to you once the return has been approved.

Products cannot be returned without prior approval. Any products returned without approval will be rejected.
